1. About the Website

Cloud Kitchen Adda is an online directory that helps users discover cloud kitchens in India. We publish basic information such as kitchen name, cuisine, address, city, contact details, FSSAI status, and links to third-party ordering platforms (Zomato, Swiggy, magicpin) or WhatsApp where provided by the kitchen.

2. Informational purpose only

All listings and content on this Website are provided for general information only. We do not prepare, sell, package, or deliver food. We do not operate a food business or accept orders on behalf of any kitchen. Any order you place is placed directly with the listed kitchen or through its linked aggregator profile.

3. Listing and approval process

Kitchen owners may submit listings through our submission form. Listings may be manually reviewed before publication. We may approve, reject, edit, suspend, or remove a listing at any time and for any reason, including incomplete information, inaccurate FSSAI details, or violation of these Terms.

A listing marked “FSSAI pending” means the kitchen has not yet provided or verified a valid FSSAI licence number. We encourage users to request the FSSAI number before ordering from such kitchens.

4. FSSAI verification disclaimer

Where we display a FSSAI licence number, we make reasonable efforts to verify it against publicly available information. However, we do not guarantee that every licence is current, valid, or associated with the correct business entity. You should independently verify any FSSAI licence on the official Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) / FoSCoS portal.

5. Ordering, payments, and third-party links

Clicking a Zomato, Swiggy, magicpin, or WhatsApp link on a listing redirects you to the third-party service or chat. We are not responsible for the content, availability, pricing, payment processing, delivery, food quality, hygiene, or customer service of those platforms or kitchens. Any dispute must be resolved directly with the kitchen or the aggregator platform.

6. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the Website, including but not limited to: scraping listings, submitting false information, attempting to manipulate search results, interfering with our systems, or using the Website for unlawful purposes.

7. Content and intellectual property

All Website content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. Listing information submitted by kitchen owners remains their property, but they grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the Website.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud Kitchen Adda and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Website or reliance on any listing. This includes food-related illnesses, failed deliveries, payment disputes, or losses from third-party platforms.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cloud Kitchen Adda, its owners, team members, and affiliates from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your use of the Website, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to the Website and Terms

We may update the Website, its features, or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
